Through our convenient mobile outsourcing solution, laser service and repair and laser fibers and accessories, ForTec helps medical organizations eliminate the costs associated with expensive service contracts and maintenance issues while providing access to high end medical technology and trained personnel, all available on a per-case basis.
 
Our organization is currently seeking an experienced customer service representative for our corporate office in Streetsboro. The work environment is fast-paced with a focus on excellent customer service. S/he must be able answer high volume, multiple-line phones and maintain on-line calendars.   Responsibilities include scheduling medical lasers and equipment and communicating next day assignments to field laser technicians. Matching, batching, coding and entering customer invoice information is also required.
 
Qualified candidates must have at least 2 years prior experience in customer service and scheduling in a professional office environment, s/he must be able to effectively handle multiple tasks and adapt to frequent change. S/he will work collaboratively in team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will possess superior communication skills and be highly organized. We are seeking a professional with a positive and pleasant demeanor. Proficiency with Microsoft office applications is expected; familiarity with additional software programs such as Microsoft CRM and Great Plains is valued.
