The Aura Laser System with StarPulse technology was designed to treat telangiectasia, as well as birthmarks and vascular malformations such as hemangiomas. The KTP wavelength can also treat benign lesions such as brown sun spots, liver spots, skin tags, warts and moles.
The StarPulse technology allows the physician to deliver variable bursts of laser energy at pulse widths which are long enough to prevent purpura and short enough to prevent scarring.
The Aura Laser System combines a 532nm wavelength along with StarPulse Technology. This combination of laser wave length, intensity, and exposure time make the Aura an ideal treatment option when treating telangiectasia and other vascular lesions.
The Aura can also be used as a continuous wave KTP laser for applications in Urology, Gynecology, and ENT.
