The UltraPulse CO2 can be used for facial resurfacing for rhytids and acne scarring. The UltraPulse is also used for the removal of perioral and periocular wrinkles, as well as blepharoplasty and eyelid repair.
The UltraPulse CO2 comes with the CPG (Computer Pattern Generator). This helps treat large areas quickly with uniform fluency, allowing precise removal of tissue, layer by layer, with minimal thermal damage.
The CO2 laser energy can be delivered in two ways. When the laser is delivered in short bursts, only the upper layers of the skin are destroyed. This causes the skin to be resurfaced, improving facial lines, sun damage, wrinkles and scarring. In continuous mode, the UltraPulse may be used to treat warts, keloids, and other skin growths.
